Daily habit, all in one drop: ① DriveCentric Visit board filtered to This Month per store (the unfiltered board undercounts — it drops visitors once they advance or are marked Dead) · ② Sold ticker Table → Date — yesterday's view in the morning for the day's final numbers; today's view any time, and each drop records a timed checkpoint (12:00 · 3:00 · end of day) · ③ Sold ticker Table → Month — morning only, before entries start: it is the day-close record. Drop files together or one at a time; file names don't matter — the page reads what's inside, including when each PDF was printed. A copied ticker-API response saved as .json works here too.
Each month counts unique visiting customers per store — the same metric as DriveCentric's "This Month" count. A customer who returns in a later month counts in that month too, and once recorded here they stay recorded even after they advance to Proposal or Sold and leave the DriveCentric board.
